  1. The case referred to in the news is related to a subsidiary (ICS) of Agility Global which is an associate of Makhazen.

  2. The original award was disclosed on 01 May 2024. Attached a copy of the disclosure.

  3. ICS has filed a request with the court to enforce the award, and no decision has been made yet about the enforcement and therefore there is no material information for disclosure by Makhazen.
